Quite often, executives find that their team may not be working to its maximum potential; suffering from little collaboration, lack of trust among team members, minimal creativity and low productivity. When the need for team building is identified, I use a professional approach based on in-depth, confidential interviews, individual and/or group assessments and processes including conflict management, team problem identification and action planning to set the course. This approach respects the intelligence and strengths of each individual team member while combining the strengths of the team. I have engaged in successful team building with a variety of diverse groups in health care, academia and other industries. The teams I have worked with have been multidisciplinary, multicultural and with multi level executives.
